Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods (such as holidays or sales), or due to customs procedures.
Shipping Method & Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier. As a result, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country of delivery. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your delivery destination, and the selected shipping method. We aim to offer competitive shipping rates for all our customers.
Shipping Responsibility
- If tracking information confirms that your package has been delivered, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer
- Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order — address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order
- We strongly recommend using a safe and accessible delivery address to avoid any issues
